PKAir conditioning system is very bad , you can’t control room temp by your self , at night they switch off heating and fan starts throwing cold air . First morning hot water was not hot enough .
PKBy the best bed I have ever slept on, the breakfast though ala carte was very nice. Over all a very classy and memorable experience. Although on higher side on price but totally worth it.

The housekeeping staff threw out a gift bag that was lying in my room. It had receipts, dust bag and packaging of a bag I had gotten. When I first inquired about it, the staff refused to accept that there was a gift bag in the room. Later, they accepted it was there and they threw it out without my permission. They apparently tried locating it but it wasn’t found till I checked out. No one came to inform me that they didn’t find the bag and there was no compensation for this. Also, I went in January and the cooling was on, heating was only turned on intermittently with the staff point blank saying that it’s not that cold outside so they wouldn’t turn on the heating! Kindly provide control to guests to manage room temperatures on their own. Staff dictating the temperature that I should be okay with is not acceptable.
