"Property is Good Staff is bad"

Location

Staff is very rude They misbehave with every guest I paid extra for Air condition but they turned off the breaker of air condition after 20 to 30 mins This is totally a fraud .

"Not comfortable beds , staff not perfessional need tranning"

Clean, air con was working

No proper blanket, no soap in toilet (was provided on request ), mattress too firm ( Hard). Internet password provided on request was not given at check in time, no Tv installed, person at checkin time was not professional asking silly things like what type of room you booked as he should be already aware. Staff was eating food at reception at check in time. Beds back rest very sharp.
