Great location on the island! Comfortable for a family of 6!

Took about 8 minutes to walk down to the water. Not a huge deal but good to know if you’re older or have little kids.

Long walk to the beach but it was beautiful. Pool was great. Pickleball courts were within walking distance.

Unit was very old and cheap. Some light switches didn't work, AC didn't work well, water had a terrible smell. Towels in guest bathroom need to be upgraded (too small and old) and more than one towel for the week.

This was a wonderful condo for our family vacation. The host was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve ever worked with. The space had several touches of hospitality and felt more like a home than a money-making rental home. The beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs, and towels made our time at the beach extra enjoyable. The king size bed was very comfortable; we all slept great. The porch was large with a pretty view for sunsets. It is a long walk to the gulf (probably 15 minutes), but it was really nice to be able to walk and not have to load up a car and find parking to go to the beach.

The pool wasn’t very kid friendly. They have a long list of rules (which were enforced), including no jumping into the pool, no diving, no food/snacks on the pool deck, and no pool balls thrown in the water. This is not a reflection of the wonderful host or the property itself, but it felt more like a retirement community pool than a family friendly space. That being said, many people using the pool were very kind to our kids, but our kids were disappointed to not be able to jump in and out of the pool and we felt like we needed to keep their noise and splashing to a minimum when the pool was fuller with older people. We also experienced an electrical outage for the better part of one day as work was being done to the building. Our host was incredibly courteous in communicating this information as they received it but it was a burden to be without the electricity for a day. I imagine this doesn’t happen too often but was a bummer for our trip.

At the time of our stay there was a fair bit of noisy maintenance ongoing. But this type of thing is necessary so we have to cope!
