This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by us directly to verify yourself. Please make sure the rental agreement and check-in form is completed prior to your check-in date. A Security Deposit of 300 GBP is required prior to you checking into the property. Please note the deposit will be taken as a credit card pre-authorization and is only charged if damage is caused. Guests will check themselves in upon arrival at the property with a digital key via an app. A GBP 50 charge is applied for early check in at 13:00 (subject to availability). A GBP 50 charge is applied for late check-out after 10:00 (subject to availability). A GBP 300 charge is applied for lost or misplaced parking permits/ fobs. A GBP 75 charge is applied for stains found on carpets. No shoes on carpeted areas. A GBP 300 charge is applied for unauthorised pets. A GBP 10 charge is applied per night for parking (reservation is required). A GBP 10 charge is applied per night for pets. All prices exclude VAT. Quiet times are between 22:00 and 08:00. Please note that this property features a noise and occupancy level monitor to ensure house rules are complied with. We employ noise and excess occupancy detection technologies to help ensure a peaceful stay. The property does not allow noise disturbance or visitors after 22:00. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Any reports of complaints or excessive noise levels will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund. We advise against using the property address to receive Mail or Post, as we do not have access to the mailboxes.
