Great little place in Koh Rong away from the hustle & bustle but still close to head to bars and beach for a dip. Sey & his wife were very accommodating and friendly. Rusty the dog was good company 2

Due to the Island being overcrowded for what it can handle they have intermittent power cuts to conserve I'd say, so at times you would go for hours without power which in the heat on the Island in excess of 40+ is not ideal especially if you are just wanting a cold shower from the beach.Not a huge deal but when u r paying $20US a night, can be a bit frustrating at times.

-Host was great, very friendly -Room was clean -Water pressure was great; not common in Cambodia

- No bedside lamp - 4hrs / day no running water and no electricity what seems to be a problem on the whole island - if I would have known before I might have looked for a hotel with back up generator

Sey and his wife are very welcoming and helpful :) picking me and my heavy luggage up from the pier was super helpful even if it is just a short walk away. Small power outages are to be expected on a small island like this, but it wasn't an issue. Room was clean and had a nice view.

Both husband and wife owners are very friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfy as possible. If you have any issues, just ask them and they will do their best to rectify it.

Property is on a steep hill. Make sure you are a fit and healthy person. If you have a heavy suitcase, you can organise with the owner to meet you when you arrive or leave and take your suitcase up or down the hill for you on their motorbike. Otherwise, you will have big problems dragging your suitcase up the hill as the walking track is half unpaved and not in a good condition.The dirt and gravel will damage your suitcase wheels as you drag your suitcase up or down the hill.

Sey and his wife were very welcoming. They have a nice place at the main beach in a quiet area. In the morning they brought us some fruit :)

the family who run this guesthouse are so kind and welcoming. they gave us fresh fruit and coffee for our room each morning. The guesthouse was in a great location - short walk from the village but in a quiet location. Great value for money and also has aircon and comfortable beds. Rooms are very clean and they offer to clean room also during your stay.

The host is quiete helpful and very charming. The location is good as you are near the beaches and the pier but not to close so you can't hear the noise of the street. My bedroom had a nice seaview and had AC

It is a nice placee, just be aware of the fact that there is plenty of roosters around the neighborhood, so you will be awake by them.

The beds were very comfortable and really big. The air conditioning worked great and there was also a fan. The owner was really helpful and nice, he brought us fresh fruit every morning! The location is right at the end of the strip of town and up a small hill. So it’s a quieter location but not even 5 minute walk town and beaches.

The only thing was that the shower did not have hot water (there’s no water heater or hot option). But it’s not too much of a problem since it’s so warm on the island.
