Clean warm and cheerful.

Property security could be better. Entrance door to property not always secured.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Nice furnishings.

I didn't realise there was no television or hairdryer, but that was my fault for not checking the specification. Also one of the milk cartons was off so had to remake my tea, but plenty of others that were OK.

Easy to walk to town, the river and the murals. Comfortable and clean.

The location was walkable, but it's a long walk to the Derry wall, shopping/center area. It's near a few museums and walkable to some memorials. It had a large refrigerator in the kitchen which was nice. It had a water kettle and free coffee/tea in the kitchen.

It had a kitchen downstairs but very basic cooking items. There was no breakfast so we had to make our own. There is a pub 2 doors down (this is a townhouse) so it was very noisy in the evening until 10ish. We had to open the window because there's no a/c so we heard the people outside the pub until late. It was a little stuffy without a/c even with the window open.

Comfortable bed, bathroom good facilities. Easy access. Street parking. Felt safe as solo female traveller. Host was fast with communication. Would stay again.

All good. Not many food options nearby.

The location is perfect. It is in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes stroll to the city centre. A special mention has to go to the hosts who are exceptional and a pleasure to deal with.

That they changed the room without consulting me initially and not cleaning the house, particularly the communical areas, such as the kitchen.

Can’t recommend Oak Leaf Suite enough, everything was perfect. The place was spotless clean and amazing location. Owners were absolutely brilliant.
