Near to temple

Tap was leaking in Bathroom despite complaining nothing was done. Forced to pay remaining amount in cash or UPI as there was no card machine in hotel. We ordered Poha and it was no edible so we left. Front desk girl was not very helpful. Overall very bad experience

Location

The room was dirty, dust and dirt everywhere. The bedsheet had stains on them. The bathroom had been neglected, as the towel rail was broken, the bathroom tiles needed a clean. The shower was not working. Other guests lacked etiquette as a couple started fighting violently. The staff should have been hospitable, as they didn't offer to take my luggage or even asked to take a seat whilst I was waiting. I booked for three night and left after the first night.

The staff was very polite and made us feel comfortable..the rooms were clean and well maintained and food was excellent

Great location, close to the Golden Temple

We were initially shown room 102 and it contained noticeable mould in the bathroom and bedroom. We raised this with the staff who were responsive and moved us to room 202. Unfortunately mould was also present in this room too.
