"Wonderful location, clean room and lovely staff."

The building and location are amazing! Lovey staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Room was basic but very clean with a beautiful view of the sea and pier. Great parking right in front of the hotel.

The windows are thin so quite noisy when people pass during the night being loud. Floor was a bit creaky when trying to creep around with a sleeping baby. Shower was only mildly warm, but not a problem as it was warm out. Might be an issue in the winter months. Otherwise, lovely! We’ll be back!

The location was perfect. Great sea view from our room.

4pm was check in time, we though this was quite late for a hotel.

Staff all very nice. Location great.

Decor very jaded and tatty in places. The hotel needs a make-over. Breakfast choices rather minimal at the buffet. Expected more for the amount we paid for two nights.

"A lovely hotel in a classic seaside town."

Have seen this lovely looking hotel on numerous occasions on previous trips to Cromer. For a special birthday weekend, we booked the first night at The Hotel de Paris, and were not disappointed. Not the flashiest of places to stay but so comfortable and friendly and old school. Really lovely. We particularly liked the location - could not be bettered for sea view and atmosphere. Also enjoyed the lounge bar which was still open and welcoming when we came back from the end of the pier show. If you like your hotels shinier and your fellow guests more Instagram, then this probably isn't for you, but we enjoyed every moment. Staff need special mention - truly caring and lovely. Thank you!

"If you are under 70 years old don’t stay here. It’s an old peoples home on the sea front."

The location

The breakfast wasn’t healthy. Only tinned grapefruit was available as fresh fruit. Within 2 minutes of ordering poached eggs, they arrived at the table hard and cold. The food wasn’t freshly cooked, even my son’s sandwich had been pre cooked.

"Pleasant stay overall."

Very good breakfast with excellent choice and service.

Bathroom extractor not working. reception informed. Was not rectified but we were only there for two nights.
