Svidjela nam se lokacija.

E sad pišem ovo kao iznajmljivač iznajmljivaču. Jednostavno je nedopustivo da nas apartman dočeka toliko nečist i prljav.( poput wc školjke slojeva prašine iza namještaja i svugdje po stanu. Pločice u kuhinji ulijepljene od masnoće, ukratko rečeno , stan nije očišćen i treba generalku. Npr. Navlake od stolica su preprljave kao i sama fotelja. Balkon je zanemaren i prljav jako. Nedostaje kuhinjskog pribora za nekakav duži ostanak poput noža, tava, zdjelica...Naglašavam, čistoća apartmana je presudna u bavljenju takve vrste turizma , a ona je na kriminalno lošoj razini.

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, opremljen svim potrebnim uređajima, udoban i čist. Dečko koji me je dočekao je jako prijatan i ljubazan.

I have plenty to say about the whole experience, but I will focus strictly on the facts about the apartment itself as I want to stay as objective as possible. 1. Dirty: The apartment was dirty upon arrival, very dusty. The cleaning had been done poorly (see the photos), and I had to purchase cleaning supplies to properly clean some things myself. 2. Missing Essentials: The apartment lacked basic items such as cutting boards, proper knives, hand soap, and sponges. I had to buy these myself. When I requested better knives, the owner simply said she didn’t have any. 3. Hot Water Issue: There was no hot water in the kitchen, and the owner failed to inform me of this beforehand, despite knowing I was staying for a long period. Her assistant came to check the issue but did not fix it. Instead, he tried to convince us that the cold water was actually “warm.” 4. Electrical Safety: The sockets were loose and unsafe, which is especially concerning for travelers with children. 5. Other Issues: • The oven was filthy • The washing machine had mold inside • The bed linen was heavily worn and unappealing. The carpet was dirty. • The kitchen was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures • I had to reach out to the owner to ask about the Wi-Fi details; the host didn’t bother to leave any kind of info sheet or send a message herself • Not the best location if you want to be close to the city centre. Additionally, if you decide to stay here no matter what, make sure to request an invoice from the owner; she didn’t provide mine despite my multiple requests. In summary, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. My experience here was disappointing and frustrating.
