Eagle’s Landing Lodge

It was very homey. Deb was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We were only able to stay one night but it was a wonderful break from the chain hotels.

Loved the porch! Very quiet.

The entire lodge felt like being a guest in your best friend’s lovely home. Everything was set for comfort and convenience with thoughtful touches si h as a bathrobe, mini snacks by the coffee maker in the room, a bidet toilet (!!!), nice toiletries, a popcorn machine in the foyer, and a delicious home cooked hot breakfast (we had scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles served with organic maple syrup and delicious Colombian coffee) but there were yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, cold cereals, and fruit available too. Linda sent a welcome text upon our confirmation of the booking and she was a delightful presence when we got there, during breakfast and when we left. We could easily have stayed more nights if our schedule permitted it.

We had to leave! We were treated so well that it was painful to leave.
