Tilava, valoisa asunto, keittiö toimiva. Lyhyt matka rantabulevardille. Autolle pihalla pysäköinti. Hyvin pieni terassi tai parveke. Toisessa asunnossa sänky oli parvella. Kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin.
