No hot water in the morning. It came when we complained. Perhaps it was inadvertently not switched on for this room.

I was not expecting this little boutique hotel to have such a nice garden and swimming pool. Overall facilities were really well kept. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was pretty decent, with some variety. The location is a bit weird, but super close to the airport. I think that's their positioning.

I had a problem of not having hot water to shower, but the staff managed to change my room.

Great stay and highly recommend for families and bachelor too.

I understand that you have a policy against outside food, but I don't see why such a strict restriction is necessary. Travelers want to explore the local food scene. Sticking to these rigid rules makes it very difficult for families like us. I believe there is room for improvement regarding staff and towel shortages as well. Furthermore, if a guest is requesting basic cutlery or a spoon to feed their children, those should be provided regardless of where the food is from. Keep improving so you can truly be the best stay for everyone.
