Lovely, clean room, elegantly dressed. Staff polite but we did need to use Google translate.

There is a sign in the room regarding making up bed/towels etc however no one made up our room . When we questioned it with reception everyone looked confused? This was fine as only staying 2 nights.

Beautiful hotel. Communal area and room are beautifully presented. The decor is well thought out. Bathroom is gorgeous with good shower and toiletries. Water and biscuits provided on arrival, as well as tea and coffee facilities. Comfortable and quiet room with good space. We liked it so much, we booked an extra stay as we passed back through Chandigarh as few days later. Within 15mins walk you can access some restaurants, ATM, cafes and chain fast food. Restaurant next door was lovely, otherwise you can access taxis for elsewhere in the city.

Whilst we struggled to find somewhere in the city to get our laundry done, we used the hotel in the end, but this was expensive and a couple of thicker items were still a little damp - although it was clean. Room could benefit from hairdryer.

Clean and quiet, very kind staff, beautiful and cozy rooms and good position in the city. A really good option for your stay in Chandigarh!
