We loved watching the changing scene from the living room window. The flat was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The concept of collecting keys from the keylocker.

Right on the high street. Lots of places around to eat and drink. And because of that, the price of exotic cuisines were competitive too. Parking available for 1 hour no return which is enough to unload and load the car before and after stay.Apart from that,We found a paid overnight parking in 4 minutes walk from the property. Apartment was clean and serviceable. We didnt have to use the heater end of October. Closing the double layered windows made the property warm enough for us. Will make a perfect short holiday stay if you dont mind going up and down 4 flights of stairs.

No negatives. We had a senior and a toddler with us. So 4 flights of stairs was a challenge for us. But the location and price made up for it. A small addition of a shower screen will make the bathroom more comfortable.

Lovely flat close to seafront, public transport and various eateries. Ideal if you leave your car at home. Clean and comfortable with lovely view of pier and Solent from lounge window. Small kitchen if you need to do any cooking, also there is a washing machine. Comfortable bed and also sofa bed available. Easy check-in using coded lockbox.

The entrance to the building is a little shabby but you forget this once inside the flat. Flat does not have a full shower and needs bedside lamps, maybe rechargeable ones would be an option. We had a very enjoyable stay in Igor's flat and would certainly book again next time we visit the Island.
