Nous étions dans une chambre à l’arrière très humide, forte odeur de moisi désagréable.

Slow service for breakfast Poor comms with some staff

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Good location about a 5 minute walk to the center. Nice big pool. I would stay here again if in the area. Cute dog. Good food. Nice breakfast included in room rate. Free to use pool table.

The key card to the room didn’t always work and we had to go downstairs and get them to reset it.

The hotel is ok (price/value) and It is easy to walk from the hotel to the restaurants and shops in Dambulla. The pool area is also really nice.

The hotel pool was unclear (Normally, this is an imbalance of pool chemicals), but the pool was cleaned every day and had new water added. We ordered food 1 time at the hotel, and it took a really long time (1 1/2 hrs.) to get a few sandwiches.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in hotel e la stanza non è stata pulita neanche una volta e le lenzuola / tovaglie sono rimanete le stesse del primo giorno inoltre abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di chiamare un Taxy e si sono approfittati lucrandoci infatti non hanno voluto pagare il driver in nostra presenza

Drink on arrival from friendly welcoming staff. Swimming pool was great after a long journey. Dinner in town at nearby restaurants. Pool table at property which was fun. All facilities were clean and working, I'd stay again if I was in Dambulla definitely value for money.

Late starting breakfast, on the day we needed to leave. Felt a bit rushed to get out the door.
