The owners said there was an issue with the bathroom in the room, so they provided us with an entire house in the historic centre of Viterbo. Everything was perfect! The room was tidy and comfortable and the hosts were very nice to us.

Check in was easy, washing machine, nice Appartment, nice shower, shirt walk to the historical centre... Nice host ... Good and nice breakfast

Fantastic stay! The place is just about a ten-minute walk away from Porta Romana station and was exactly the way it was advertised. The property manager had sent us a message over Booking to let him know about a half hour before we arrived, and we did. He met us at the property, handed the keys over and kindly explained everything about the house, the town, the sites and how to get around. He also provided recommendations of places to dine, and we visited one of them (we also got a 5 Euro discount for the reference!) The place was well-lit, spacious and had all the facilities for a short stay. There was coffee, a selection of teas, croissants, cakes, biscuits, jam, honey, milk and orange juice for breakfast. The bathroom was clean, with essential toiletries and clean towels. Overall, we'd highly recommend the place for families.

Even though it wasn't a big deal, we thought the electric kettle could have been descaled. Everything else was perfect!

The house is very big and comfortable. The host is very helpful and friendly.

It's the whole apartment. Very charming and spacious. The owner was really nice. Even though he didn't speak English, we were able to communicate. Highly recommend especially for a family or couples
