Professionally run. Very well equipped kitchen. Spacious. Friendly and easy to communicate host. Close to the train station (don't walk over the hill!☺️)

The apartment is extremely clean and in a very good state. Katia and Marco are extremely nice and helpful hosts that went the extra mile to make our stay as excellent as possible.

It feels like the host has put a lot of effort into making this space welcoming and homely for guests. There were so many lovely touches which we really appreciated - thank you. The apartment is about a 20 min walk from the train station to explore the Cinque Terre and is on the 4th floor without a lift, so good to be mindful of this. Whilst we didn’t find parking immediately outside the block, there was also ability to park on the main road for free. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook from home occasionally and a coop was within walking distance. The host also shared lots of recommendations for Cinque Terre which were really helpful. The apartment also had a really large tele and good air conditioning.

Really nice stay in Spezia, easy checkin and communication with the host.

The location was great. 15 minute walk to town and 20 minutes to the station. Clean, comfortable and absolutely everything you could need in a home from home. Able to park the car close by with free on street parking. Local cafe and pizzaria only a couple of minutes away. There were timetables there for local buses into town and trains for Cinque Terre. Would certainly recommend it to anyone heading to La Spezia.

4th floor, no lift. I knew this when I booked so I'm not marking the property down. Bear it in mind if stairs are an issue.

Spacious sparcly clean apartment located near the center of the city. The hosts were very friendly, they came to meet us with the keys and showed us around. Warm touches like juice for the child and wine for the adults. It was easy to find parking on the streets. There is a park and a simple playground with bunnies 5 minutes to walk from the house.
