"Generally good, the beds were comfy. More kitchen utensils and wine glasses are needed."

The town house was the end one in cluster of other houses. New Lynn, Green Bay and Titirangi were a shortish drive away. The property is fairly new and modern on three levels. The ground is a garage with washing machine and dryer. The next level is an open plan kitchen / dining / living area with a smart TV, also a third toilet. The top level is two good size bedrooms, on with an ensuite and a bathroom with shower.

The access to the garage is tight, especially with a larger car. We parked outside. The kitchen wasn't well equipped and we had to ask for a toaster, oven gloves, cheese grater, and saucepans, which the ones in the cupboard strangely had their handles and screws removed and not put back on, plus coat hangers. The owners came round with the goods promptly. The wifi was at times patchy and the signal dropped off.

"Safe location, not too far from everything, parking garage was such bonus and very convenient if you’re confident drivin"

it felt very safe tucked in the back of the town houses

It felt very bare and empty but then again I was only one person in a 3 floor town house hahaha

I like that it's a new, simple, and minimalist home. Everything that you can probably need is in the house. Although I wish there were more fans we could use as there's only one and it's getting really hot because of summer. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here.
