The apartment was cute. It was easy to book and the codes were sent right to us for the door. Contacting the property manager wasn't hard either. I just messaged them in the app and they responded with in an hr or so.

The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor so it moved around a lot. The dishwasher still had dishes in it from the previous stay. I wasn't sure it they were clean or dirty. The Livingroom had a sticky substance all over the end stand and remote as well. The biggest issue however wasn't the property itself, it was the people staying upstairs. They were having a party and were very very loud. the way the property is set up, the first apartment is downstairs so anytime they came in and out you heard every word and noise. If you want a quiet stay, I don't think I would recommend this specific location.

Location was good. Price was excellent.

You should know there are tenant upstairs. They are quiet, but just FYI if you insist on a different setup.

Waited a long time, gave a month of opportunity before finally leaving this feedback, extremely disappointed, the owner of the property has terrible communication, in fact, outright ignoring me and booking, didn’t end up staying the night, the same door code was given for the front door as well as both units, came back from dinner and had four men in our room with our belongings, was not their fault, the owner or person responsible for changing the codes really fumbled the ball, we didn’t feel safe staying the night, the owner ignored me, did not come by to change the codes, so we decided to cut our stay in the US short and drive back to Canada in the middle of the night. No refund, no communication from anyone, situation still unresolved, extremely unhappy, book with caution..

The apartment itself was decent. The location is great and there is plenty of parking. Bed was very comfortable. TV in living room and bedroom.

It was mostly clean but could definitely be better. I found eyelash extensions randomly on the floor in a couple places. There was a bar of soap on the hanger in the shower. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper to use that were maybe like 75% done. Barely any hand or dish soap. The upstairs neighbors are loud. One night at around 2 am there was a huge argument upstairs that lasted probably 20-30 min so that woke us up. The price is good for what you get but there are definitely things that could improve.

Place was tidy but not at all clean. Beard shavings were in the bathroom sink. The bed linens did not look washed. However at 1am a (very drunk?) man (on a Wednesday night) came home to the upstairs unit screaming, throwing things, a dog was barking, it was horrible. I don’t often feel unsafe but I almost left right then. I was meant to stay 2 nights but left after one.
