I didn't like this hotel and not suggested anyone to reach this hotel

I had a booking at this hotel on March 30 with confirmation number 4400670357. We were a group of 12 members and had booked 4 rooms. Upon arrival with kids and elderly family members, we waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that no rooms were available. The staff was unresponsive and simply asked us to leave. I had to find another stay while managing a lot of luggage. This was the worst experience of my life.
