"Budget friendly in Limerick"

Friendly, welcoming host. Spacious, clean room with very comfortable bed. Very modern bathroom with great selection of toiletries. Electric shower. Off-street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Very minor issues....Bed only, no breakfast available. No tv in room and bathroom not ensuite so had to cross landing to use it during the night.

Very friendly host. Comfortable bed. Quite house. Parking space in front of the house with security camera.

Bathroom is not ensuite, but it was still private just for our use, so not a deal breaker.

Room and house were spotless. Bathroom was very clean and had plenty of toiletries to use. Bed was comfy. Location was great. Host was polite and friendly.

Fire alarm needed batteries and kept beeping every minute or so. Found it difficult to sleep.
