Staff were very very nice and it was located close to the beach. A breakfast of choice from set menu was served each morning.

Walk to the beach was an unlit back alley of the hotel next door- strewn with rubbish -felt unsafe walking back as a single traveller. Maybe no issue for those not solo. The room (pool view - but it’s a raised pool so no real view)was very basic- no fridge, tv, water, limited amenities- very narrow stairs leading to windowless loft with angled roof but once up comfortable enough. The communal table was grubby and the pool didn’t look inviting to swim in. This place has great reviews but won’t suit everyone. It’s not a hotel and not quite a villa. There’s a communal kitchen to help yourself to and lounge area.

This place was such a highlight of our trip. It's beautiful little paradise tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, while still being conveniently close to what you need (such as the beachfront). The staff were so lovely and very happy to have a chat. I really appreciated their time and company while we were having a lazy day. We booked a couples massage which was amazing and so relaxing. Highly recommend. We loved the style of the room and bathroom, it felt like we were in another world. Having a shower on our own little rainforest was a beautiful experience. The pool is beautiful too. It's not big, but perfect for a refreshing dip. A big bonus were the dogs (Snowy, Suzie and Zero) and the cat (Princess) and the adorable bird who sounded like R2D2, and the turtle who loves cucumber. We loved spending time with them and they made the accommodation so much more special. We would definitely stay here again!

It's so hard to fault this place. I guess just a couple of little things for other visitors to be aware of: There was no hot water for the shower. The warmest it got was like a comfortable cool. This was fine with us as we came back hot and sticky each day, so a cool shower was the perfect way to refresh! If you're protective of your shoelaces, maybe keep your shoes inside. My partners shoelaces got chomped on by a ferocious attacker. As we have two cats at home who love laces, this didn't really bother us, we just laughed about it. But some people may not think it's as cute as we did. One of their dogs bark at night sometimes, but it doesn't last long. Don't forget to turn your porch light off so your room isn't lit up at night 😂

Nous avons tout aimé. L'emplacement proche de la plage, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, le petit déjeuner délicieux. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est vraiment aux petits soins. Ils sont d'une gentillesse incroyable !

Nothing as such, just the entry is a little narrow, but it was well compensated by the property inside

Great location, secluded yet close to the beach life and busy streets nearby. Amazing staff, always willing to help (free beach picnic baskets; daily massages) Great property where everyone feels at home. Doesn’t look like any other hotels in the area…and that’s a good thing.

Some of the owners dogs sometimes bark at night for no reason. Can wake you up in the middle of the night

The accomodation was a short walk to the beach and a free seating area for the guests. The owner & the staff were very kind. We got free picnic basket with fruit, biscuits, sandwiches and water. Breakfast was not tied to a given timeframe (we had breakfast at noon) and you could chose multiple things from the menu. It was tasty and the portion was generous. The initial atmosphere of the house was really nice with the pool & the garden. We could leave our luggage in the house after check out.

The room did not feel clean, and worse is we had giant cockroaches in our room. One was on our bed in the morning. Some worms also crawled into the bed. We realised there were multiple mosquito killing electronic devices in the room and some odd burning item-next day I have seen something like that against cockroaches in one of the shops, so probably that’s what we had too. The room had two AC but if operated simultaneously, the power could not keep up with it and shut down.

Loved staying here. The staff were so amazing and so hospitable. Also lovely bedrooms and the breakfast in the morning was great. Super quick walk down to the beach and good spot to walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the esthetic. The moment I walked in I felt like I was in a beautiful jungle oasis.
