"A compact but comfortable apartment for a short stay."

A comfortable and well equipped apartment for a short stay. A short walk from town with a big hill. On street parking, was easy to find a space at the weekend but restricted in the week. Suitable for up to 4 adults.

No welcome pack, no lift to upper floor. The mezzanine bedroom was accessed by a ladder staircase so not suitable for all ages, with limited headroom (about 5’ 10” in the middle and reducing) and open to the lounge/kitchen. No off road parking.

"Perfect"

Location was just where we needed to be for the weekend. Parking wasn't an issue even in the snow! Everything we needed in the apartment, well equipped. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at the apartment in beautiful Matlock.

"Gorgeous,quirky, great location little loft that I wish was mine would definitely stay again"

Beautifully clean little loft with a quirky feel to it which I loved I could live here Very central to what we wanted to do and close to shops and supermarket Gorgeous views out the skylight

The stairs to the mezzanine level were very steep Much too tricky for me so my daughter stayed up there

"Stay was okay but would not return due to the steepness of the bedroom steps"

The property was clean and well equipped

The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were very very steep which we didn’t realise from the photos. We had to get a camp bed so we could use the living room to sleep in there

"Ideal location , clean and tidy"

Appartment have everything we needed . As visiting family we didn’t cook in the appartment. Used as a base

The bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom was uncomfortable for us two . The matress wasn’t thick enough .
