Die Unterkunft war schön zentral und hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. Es gab einen schönen Balkon, einen schönen Hauseingang und eine schöne Grünbeflanzung mit Teich und Seerosen.

Das Eisfach im Kühlschrank war so stark vereist, dass man es kaum öffnen konnte. Platz gab es deshalb keinen und das Eis fiel in den Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung war mit 60 qm inseriert, hatte aber höchstens 40 qm. Das Schlafimmer hatte nur ein sehr schmales (ca. 10-15 cm) breites Fenster, an dem nur eine Miniklappe zum öffnen vorhanden war. Im Kleiderschrank fiel die Rückwand heraus.
