Safe location and secure. I'm glad that their customer service manager and the chef apologised for the complaints reported but still had housekeeping hiccups later on.

Room cleanliness can be an issue in this hotel. I had dust bins not emptied for 3 days and had to demand my room to be cleaned at 9Pm on my last night after they ignored cleaning it for a couple of days during my stay there, despite leaving the clean my room tag on my door. They have little breakfast options - not for a 5-star hotel, and most of their food, bacon, chicken, and vegetables are overcooked.

Amazing!

The food I ordered from the restaurant was great! The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was spacious as well. The hotel is located opposite the US embassy and there is a visible security presence. It is quiet so if you do not like large crowds then it is a great choice.

The check-in experience was not great. The guy at the reception did not have a warm and welcoming attitude. The breakfast options were not that great although the food itself was great. Just that the options are somewhat limited.
