Didn’t know how to turn on exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t contain the mosquitoes that kept entering from the bathroom!!

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean

The location is very bad and this hotel is very slow. The noise of the streets are hearable from the room.

I liked the studio apartment and the staff as they were very cooperative. Available 24/7 to assist you.

I did not like the access key, as it was taking ages to open the door. It works like a gamble, sometimes you hit a jackpot by unlocking it on the first go , but most of the times it wasn't working properly which was a little irritating.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and my experience was truly wonderful. The hospitality exceeded my expectations. A special mention to Tushar, Ritu, and Pallavi – they made my stay extremely comfortable with their warm, polite, and professional service. They always greeted with a smile, were attentive to every detail, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their dedication and genuine care really stood out and made me feel at home away from home. The hotel itself is well-maintained, but what makes it exceptional is the staff who create such a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I would definitely love to come back.
