No value for money. V expensive

Stay was pleasant and comfortable.. Value for money

Location and room sizes were good

Unclean rooms. Trash wasn’t cleared, floors had matches, dirt and hair. Living room had a whole bunch of pillows lying and couch was unclean. Bad service. Requested for 5 towels for 5 people staying, multiple times. The desk personnel agreed but never sent to the room. A/c was leaking water Despite having paid 50% in advance the desk had no clue of it. While checking out the person at desk was asking for proof of payment yet again despite having completed the full payment on checkin.

I liked the following: 1. Location. 2. Facilities inside the room. 3. Provision of 2 litre of mineral water 4. Round the clock staff

1. I requested for a room on the same level of elevator as I had heavy luggage but still I was given a room only accessible with 10 steps from the elevator. 2. Entrance could have been cleaner and a bit better 3. Hotel asking for 50% advance inspite of the toom booked through booking.com where advance payment was not a necessity. 4. The shower gel bottle in the bathroom was completely empty. It was highly disappointing.
