La ubicación y la atención del personal

Pague por una habitación al frente con balcón y vista al mar y cuando llegue estaban ocupadas y me dieron una que nada tenía que ver con lo reservado y que cuesta mucho menos. Totalmente desilucionado me arruinaron el paseo no pienso volver
