The room was large with a spacious ensuite and high ceilings adding to a sense of space. We liked the Nespresso coffee maker and plenty of milk in the fridge.

Being above a popular pub, it was quite noisy into the night. We were not impressed with the continental breakfast. The croissants were cellophane wrapped and not very nice. We were only given one 45g sachet of muesli each day, so no choice really between that or cornflakes. The room being so large, there would be space for a table to sit and have breakfast.

The pub is in a great location on a lovely tree lined road with carpark and just a 15 minute walk straight into the centre of Norwich. The bedroom was large bright and well decorated with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a great shower and everything you needed. There's a fridge in the room with bottled water, milk and generous coffee and tea making facilities. We thought we would hear noise from the pub below but it wasn't a problem.

We hadn't realised it was a continental style breakfast, my husband's not a fan, pub isn't open in the morning so we had to go out to breakfast.

Great room, very clean, comfy bed and the parking space was a bonus. The room was lovely, and just what we needed for a nights stay whilst we attended a gig at EPIC Studios. Would definately recommend staying here.
