Customer service was top-notch. If I had any questions or problems, they were solved straight away. The property looks exactly like the photos. I highly recommend the breakfast & and laundry services by goro. We had 2 complimentary breakfasts cooked by goro staff they both tasted amazing. Laundry services done by goro also outstanding service clothes smell amazing and they are all compacted and folded nicely. Loved the location, very close to town grab rides are cheap and lots of cars and bikes near the villa for pick ups and drop off's as well as food delivery I do recommend food shopping at Pipitos they have a great variety of food and its cheap. We felt very safe at this villa.

One thing we learnt during our stay that no one put on their review was that the room closest to the kitchen on the bottom floor smells badly of mould I think this is due to being to close to the pool and the lack of air ventilation as there is no fans in either bottom floor bathrooms to remove the hot air or condensation from the shower when it's used the only room with a vent is the main room upstairs. I also noticed the roof in the bottom floor closest to the kitchen also has roof peeling like little dust droppings. I noticed it on the phone charger. This may also be bad to breathe in while sleeping you can see it on the floor when you wake up as well. The other downside is and its not the villas fault and totally out of their control, but i feel that other guest need to be made aware of. Is the amount of smoke you smell during your stay? You smell it 24 hours from burning rubbish from the neighbours or the rice fields behind the villa it can be overwhelming when we arrived we first noticed it at night and then again early hours in the morning then it was daily you can smell it while you sleep we love the smell of burning fires at home like a camp fire but this was different. In the kitchen, there is also a stink smell that comes from the kitchen sink you will smell it when you do the dishes if you use the water to much it starts filling up in the other sinking bringing back up all the old water and smells stink. Goro is aware of this. The main bedroom upstairs has a leak in the ensuite bathroom roof near the shower only when it rains badly I noticed this 2 times during our stay due to the bad storms I did notify goro and i am sure they will fix this issue.

Property was as described. Staff were really warm and welcoming. Any requests were attended to promptly.

Staff were so nice!

The staff and villa manager were amazing! Super accomodating and caring for guests - they even brought us medication when we were sick. The facilities are great - kitchen is spacious, lounge room is comfortable and the outside areas are fabulous. The rooms are also very comfortable :)

The pool had a few issues but they were resolved very quickly. The power tripped a few times, but this is easily solved. The location is a little bit far out, but transporting around bali using car/bike apps is really easy so this was not an issue.
