In accordance with Italian legislation, all guests must provide an identity document at check-in or advance it before their arrival at the Host. Arrivals outside the scheduled times incur the following supplements: - 20 euros from 7pm to 9pm; - EUR 30 from 9.00pm to 11.00pm; - it is not possible to check in after 11pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please communicate your arrival time in advance. You can provide this information by contacting the property directly using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation. Parties, hen/stag parties, or similar are not permitted. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For any damage caused to the structure during your stay, compensation may be requested to be paid after check-out up to an amount of €200.00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
