The manager told me to cancel the room since he cant give the room for tat price... I payed Rs. 2100/. but he told me to cancel and pay Rs. 2400/ in cash.. I said. I cant cancel. So he alloted a room somewhere 9 kms from this booked hotel..no name for tat hotel.. Some service house. I think. No water facilities.. Room s so small. My kids suffered so much... I have learnt a lesson from this..

Actually I Booked Hotel O eva through Booking.com but when I visited the property they told it has not reflected in their database. I was sent out for their nearby hotel claiming I have to pay the amount. So I tried customer care. But I found no such CUSTOMER CARE for emergency is available for Booking.com in India. After several search I got a chance for chatting with customer care in abroad. They Understood my problem and arranged for refund. And I got it. I Don't know whether the problem is with Booking.com or Hotel Management. I felt bad.
