Infinite Views Amazing Pool Gym Near Beach

I like that the room decor, layout, very clean, and staff was very nice!

I disliked that there was no cable tv, internet issues therefore really no tv/unable to work during that time, neighbors’ when checked in stayed up very late and were LOUD. I was thrilled at 3am to have a bedroom door to close. pictures online showed roof pool, but I was not allowed access due to my room.

The decor

The room was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty, the linens were stained and full of hairs and the pillow had an odor! THE ELEVATOR WAIT WAS 45 minutes to 1 hour we almost missed our flight bc only 1 elevator was working! My husband had to climb 15 flights of stairs 4 times with heavy luggage and now has a sore shoulder! There was SHOOTING minutes after we got in last nite 1 person DIED and 1 in critical condition we could have been HARMED because these persons came into the valet area minutes after we arrived!!! The room cost is expensive and parking was also expensive!! To be branded a luxury resort and not meet the standard is disheartening😑

The property was big if you compare to others in that building

The elevator in building was only our concern, due to New Year we had to wait long to get up and down
