"Excellent"

Probably best hotel in Patna with the staff being excellent and property is excellent however there had been a few power cuts in the mornings which annoyed me a bit. I expect hotel of this class to have backup power. Also the tv channels have very limited English options and may need to have better interface. Food is great but maybe on weekends I think they should have late buffet close times.
