Odgłosy dyskotek wieczorem w mieszkaniu cały czas słychać głośno techno nawet przy pozamykanych oknach brak intymności w salonie z tv okna wychodzą na wszystkich sąsiadów bliska odległość okien z każdej strony brak firanek które dały by intymność. Brak miejsc parkingowych przy ulicy. Wszystkie zajęte praktycznie 24/24 ale mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone czysciutkie
