Mansarda Vespucci - Car Parking

This is a very highly appointed studio apartment in a historic building in the heart of Ferrara. The secure on-site parking was a bonus. The bedroom is lovely, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathroom spacious. Everything was very clean.

We had issues with the wifi, and the property manager contacted a technician immediately.

In spite of my late check in and the connection issues that prevented me from having the instruction to locaate the key, the host was immediately available to give me direction on the phone and I was able to access the property in a matter of minutes. The apartment was comfortable and warm. I had a very lovely stay.

Only minor comment is about the pillows. Memory foam pillows are not comfortable for everyone, and it took me a while to get used to it. If I may suggest an alternative of regular pillows for guests that may have the same problem. Other than that, I can't fault anything else.

Really well located, clean and comfortable. Host very helpful.

The entrance door handle code is a bit challenging to operate. I think simpler is better. There is no wardrobe or place for clothes. And sloping roof makes hard living from the case.

It’s been very clean and a great setup for an apartment, also being closely located to the center of town, but quiet for sleeping. Also conveniently offering parking. Check-in was easy and questions were answered promptly.

Nothing. We would have liked to stay a couple more nights.
