"Warm, clean, cosy, great location and super value for money"

Very clean and well decorated. Apartment was quiet and warm. Good communication from the hosts. Easy access and free on street parking was not an issue. Good wi-fi. Nice welcoming touches (tea, coffee, milk, cereal). Miniature Christmas tree was a nice touch.

Kitchen was short of utensils for cooking, could do with egg slice, wooden spoons etc. Info on booking.com stated DVD player, but there wasn't one in the apartment. Would have benefitted from some info on what items went in the recycling bins so we didn't have to leave it for the hosts to sort.

I liked the apartment, it was cozy, clean and comfortable, and warm when I got there which was good as it was minus degrees outside 🥶

Nothing I didnt like, it was really nice & I would definitely stay there again.

Great value for money, everything you needed was there, extra pillows brought to the room within half an hour of asking for them.45 minutes walk to the beach so hardly used the car

"Excellent Accommodation."

We loved everything about the apartment. It was stylish and spacious. The bed was super comfy and the whole apartment was warm. The kitchen was efficient and roomy. The manager/host was accommodating to our needs of leaving a bit later than the check out time so thank you for that. Good location for the bus which is literally a few feet away. The bus to Blackpooll town centre is a No11. It is £3.80 return. The tram stop is a few streets away and this is £6 for a day ticket. Good room in the street to park your car which is free parking.

There's nothing to dislike about this accommodation.

Had everything we needed to self cater that a hotel couldnt for a cheaper price! we had an amazing stay would definitely come back, they always responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful!

the heater in the bedroom was a little temperamental and sofa quite small but cant really complain!
