Aside from accommodation, the owner also have a venue on the property for private functions. When we arrived at 21:00, SUPER LOUD music was playing. It was a 16th Birthday Party, and the music that the kids listened to had swear words in (Jack Parrow) Our children traveled with us, so it was very uncomfortable. The host did see we were not happy, and said she will ask the "party guest" to turn the music down a bit (the music was softer for about 5 minutes, and then it was super loud again) The owner said that she understand that we are upset, but she can't really say anything to the party group, since they are also paying... The music stopped at 01:40 We also arranged to have breakfast at 8. When we arrived for breakfast at 8, nothing was ready... I must say, once we got our food it was very delicious The host must manage her bookings. If people book the party venue, she must block her rooms for guests from outside. Otherwise, she will keep on getting complaints and bad reviews

Staff and owner very hospitable. The rooms are also nice Pizza night was amazing Kids loved the swimming pool

First day TV wasn't working in my room. Second night the electricity went completely down. We left early as a result

The location was a reasonable distance to where the wedding venue was, which was good.

I booked a Queen room which was very small, no wardrobes to hang clothes and put bags. We had to put our bags in the car as the room was so tiny , little space to move around. The bed just filled up the whole room. No water provided for guests. No proper welcoming of guests at the reception. Random guys who said they are the receptionists waiting outside, no explanation of guest services I.e. how to book for breakfast, where to get an iron and ironing board etc. No telephone in the rooms for communication with the reception. Poor service and the owner was rude on the phone when we got lost in town. We don't know Krugersdorp and when we rang to check for the correct location she was shouting and yelling instead of talking professionally. I will not recommend anyone to stay there!
