The location was one of the rare positive aspects of the experience. I also appreciated that Catherine, from the agency, called quickly to give us the internet connection because it was not available in the unit. As well, when I complained to the main contact, I appreciated that he agreed to refund me the two nights that we would not be using because we could not tolerate staying there after the first night. Unfortunately, I have not yet received confirmation of the refund.

Where to start? The entry code did not work when we arrived. There was no central heating in spite of the chilly weather. The shower was inadequate - more of a trickle than a shower. There were two miniscule containers of soap and shampoo in the shower, that had already been used by other guests. A workman woke us at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning sawing the cement stoop just outside our door. There was mold on the wall of the bathroom. The television picture kept fading to dark on several stations. There were no ice cube trays in the freezer. There was inadequate dishes and glasses in the kitchenette. We could hear everything that was going on in the adjoining unit, although the tenants were not unreasonably loud. The venetian blinds were missing lats. Etc., Etc., Etc.

Very clean, easy access, perfect location for what I needed to do.

There were a couple leaks in ceiling but not a big deal. Bathroom was tight but nice shower. I had a heavy bag so it was tough bringing up the stairs.
