Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel restaurant, Amarillo will be undergoing a modernization through this Summer from 3rd week of May until end of August. Construction will occur daily between 8:00am to 5:00 pm. Guest may experience noise between these hours. Please contact us for any questions. We are excited to share the changes when they are complete. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very good value for money hotel but not all rooms are as clean as others"

It is very good value for money.

We stayed 2 times at this hotel (in a period of about a month) and during our first stay, the room was better (newer, cleaner) than the second time (booking category was the same). So it seems that not all rooms are equal.

The beds, pillows and blankets were comfy. Bathroom had excellent water pressure (we stayed in the 10th floor) and heating system. Water quality was also nice, my hair was soft after washing. Very good location. So many good restaurants nearby. Internet was superb.

Executive room comes with very high bath tub that is inaccessible to PWD's / people with low mobility. They have deluxe rooms that are morw PWD accessible but I wish this was made transparent in the room descriptions. Breakfast buffet had so-so selection and took a while to be refilled. For Php 450, would have enjoyed breakfast more at the nearby cafes.
