You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel restaurant, Amarillo will be undergoing a modernization through this Summer from 3rd week of May until end of August. Construction will occur daily between 8:00am to 5:00 pm. Guest may experience noise between these hours. Please contact us for any questions. We are excited to share the changes when they are complete. A deposit may be required at the property.

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. Despite having paid for my booking in advance and showing proof of payment upon arrival, the hotel claimed they couldn’t find it and insisted I pay again. I ended up being charged twice for the same stay. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t take responsibility for resolving the issue. From the moment We arrived, the staff were not accommodating or friendly. There was no greeting at check-in, and overall, the attitude felt cold and indifferent. Hospitality is a big part of any hotel experience, and this place missed the mark. A simple smile or greeting goes a long way. And everything came with an extra charge — bottled water, one extra pillow, slippers and even basic amenities like that are usually complimentary elsewhere.
