The Gated 2Bedroom Annex Dartford

Very spacious for an annex,very clean rooms bathroom is amazing

On the message I was sent it said checkout would be at 12pm latest but a member of staff came and knocked and said checkout is at 11 am and we wasn’t ready as the message said 12pm

Bed was comfortable, Off road parking was good, wifi, Coffee machine and Microwave(not used).

The postcode provided took us a quarter of a mile from the property and on the wrong side of the road, so unless we phoned the owner we would never have found the property in the dark. We parked up and then struggled to find the key store as the property has very little lighting. On entering the property my family and I noticed many spiders, cobwebs throughout the property. The sofa in the lounge had many stains and marks, the TV didn't work and the dining area had 2 chairs when the apartment is clearly for four people. The beds were made up nicely, however the bed sheets had marks and stains on them. We were also surprised to see a sink in the bedroom which made it impossible to close the bedroom door at night. The Bathroom was terrible - floor tiles were broken, water leak marks on the ceiling, a shower which must have a blockage as water does not run away quick enough, and you end up with all of the water in the shower tray which became dirty water at the end of the shower(which must be in the water plug hole trap). After 2 nights my family and I were really glad to leave as this was the worst property we have ever had the displeasure to stay in.

Lovely nice, clean apartment in a nice quiet area with plenty of parking space. Myself and my family enjoyed our stay. There were also games left for our family to enjoy, which I found to be a nice touch, will definitely be back. I do wish there were plastic plates for our kids but other than that lovely place!

There was a lot of noise from upstairs and outside the front bedroom late at night. The bathroom is in desperate need of replacing as it is v old with a variety of tiles! The tiles on the floor have no grout and are loose. The apartment could have been cleaner. A very old vanity sink unit in the bedroom. It was difficult to open the bedroom door fully as so close to the bed. Strange choice of wall art!

Good off road parking

Advert states 3 beds, there is only 2, when questioning the hosts about this they were very blunt. The one room was filthy, with the previous stays toothpaste stains in the sink. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and as for the cuttlery… half a loo roll and no additional in any cupboards. No kitchen roll or tea towels. Postcode takes you down the road and we had to ask the homeowners of the postcode provided where the stay was.

For me it was the location to Darenth. The property though was modern, clean and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. We only had one problem and that was very very minor was the lack of cereal bowls, and that was only because that I had a 9yr old who loves her cereal for breakfast.
