Ktimavita Apartment 1

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Aussicht auf die Landschaft und den Berg ist sehr schön. Wir hatten aktuell wunderschöne Rosen vor der Tür und morgens beim Frühstücken den Duft genossen. Es ist nur ein kurzer fußläufiger Weg an die ganzen Märkte und Panagia in Petra. Wir fanden es ausserdem super dass Spülmittel und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorhanden waren. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfecte ligging van appartement.

Het appartement was moeilijk warm te krijgen .

The apartment is spacious, clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some quick meals (even serious meals, if you are into that). There are terraces on both sides of the apartment, so one can find shade all day round.

Well, we asked for a late checkout, because our flight was leaving in the afternoon. We were granted that, but then the owner knocked on our door in person and asked us to evacuate in 30 minutes because there was some unexpected booking. I can also understand that, but it’s not professional to say one thing and then take your word back.

Confortable clean and new. The staff was mostly polite and helpful. Convenient private parking outside of the lot

It is located a bit far from the center of the village. If you dont have a car it can be difficult to return by foot during night hours. Cleaning service frequence (every 4 days) could be ameliorated.

A Very modern and secure ground floor home in a lovely setting in the countryside with mountain views but just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants etc We found it really relaxing and with all the facilities needed for a weeks holiday. If we are in the area again we would like to stay at Ktimavita Apartment 1.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.

Casetta molto carina in mezzo al verde e vicino al mare. I proprietari disponibilissimi e un grazie a Eleni, Iannis e Nikos per averci coccolato anche con l’ottimo cibo nella loro taverna O Nikos. Pietanze con ingredienti freschissimi e con un tramonto mozzafiato. Ci torneremo con piacere.

The place was perfect with everything we needed. It was filled with light thanks to the big windows. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare a nice dinner and breakfast. The living room, just next to the kitchen, has a very comfortable sofa bed to rest and relax. The bedroom is very spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. The bedroom has two large wardrobes which we were able to unpack all our clothes. The bathroom is pretty big with a very nice shower. The garden is very cozy and even it was late December we were able to enjoy the winter sun. Last but not least the owners were very friendly, kind and responsive.
