Location near to pangkor jetty in walking distance

Aircond not functioning,bed all over rule by the bed bugs, bathroom not clean a lot cigarette but When informed about the Aircond to the staff he came and snap it 2@3 times then it start working when turn off the light the bed bug start to attack.....no have a choice when arrived late night at lumut with my family don't have a choice need to stay a night next morning hv to move to pangkor island that's why I stay that nigh,

nothing good for this hotel

1) my bed contains millions of bug /fleas/ticks .i cannot sleep whole night.itchy all over my body 2) take for 6 hours after request clean towel.services very bad 3) toliet so dirty
