I waited for an hour to wait for an employee who came from outside to serve me. It was also because I called the number listed on the counter, if not, I don't know how long I have to wait. The bell also does not work

NO ANY STAFF AT COUNTER AT ALL TIME.. VERY HEART BURNING BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE BEING OUTSIDE MALAYSIA.
