La Terrazza del Tempo

Posizione panoramica. Appartamento grande, bella terrazza.

Wi-Fi non disponibile dal primo giorno. Televisori non funzionanti. Casa infestata da cimici, serramenti scadenti da dove potevano entrare gli insetti. Di 2 televisori nessuno funzionava. Supporto fornito per ovviare ai problemi insufficiente .

Very spacious apartment. I LOVED the terraza! It's huge, and the view is stunning (the pics don't lie). The owners were very kind and accommodating. I also appreciated the coffee machine (there's a percolator too), good coffee! All the amenities you need are there. It's a small and rustic town, ALL the people are lovely. I later got to know the owner in one of the small restaurants. Every year they're organizing a lot of activities in the town as part of a festival. There's a small alimentari in less than 10min walking distance, which I used throughout my stay to support them. They have a widely varied assortment considering the size of the store and NOT expensive! Tip: Google Maps doesn't show all the walking routes/passways into the town. The entrance of the apartment is at the roadside level. If you take the apartment building's stairs all the way down to ground level, take a left out of the gate to walk into the town (saves you some extra meters of climb&descent).

Only a washing machine would be a nice addition.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten mit dem Auto vor dem Haus parken und ausladen, was bei vielen anderen Häusern des Ortes nicht der Fall gewesen wäre. Die Gastgeberin hat uns eine Garage unterm Haus zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Panorama-Parkplatz oberhalb wäre eine sehr sonnige Alternative gewesen. Die Terrasse bot Blick über die Altstadt, zur Burg gegenüber und weit ins Tal hinein. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet, da es von Castelvecchio in mehrere Richtungen geht. Wir waren mit einem Motorrad unterwegs und konnten so auf Schotterstraßen nahe an die Wandereinstiege auf Berge fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Albenga ca. 20 min. Autofahrt entfernt. Im Ort gibt es einen Mini-Alimentari.
