Everything was new and good equipped. The owner was helpful and his brother lives in the same building so helped us when there was no hot water.

The noise from the nearby street is pretty loud. Especially in the morning and the cars are beeping in Greece for any reason, so it's difficult to sleep.

Great new place in a brand new building. Fully equipped with all the needed facilities. The apartment has big rooms, huge balconies. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Supermarkets, coffee shops, even taverna very closed to the location. Driving to Chania Old Town is less than 10 minutes, so I don't see any reason not to chose this place.
