Location, pool and on site laundry. Manager of unit was nice. No staff on site.

Extra charge for parking and place is VERY OLD. It smells. Even though it was clean, the whole building needs to be gutted and remodeled. A little paint won't do the trick, which is what they did. Couldn't leave the windows open to get the Atlantic breeze because there were no screens and the mosquitoes would come in. Bathroom was remodeled some but door way was half the standard size. I had to go in sideways and the water left a white residue. Not recommended
