A house full of authentic charm in the heart of the 3 cities, very close to the capital city, Valletta

Matt is a great host. He is friendly, helpful and responsive. The place has absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay and the location is very convenient.

Matt was a great host. He communicated everything clearly, made us feel so welcome and was flexible in accommodating our needs. We had a fantastic stay. The place is spacious with good facilities. We found it was the perfect base for exploring Malta with bus stops and the ferry terminal easily reached on foot. It's also great for access to restaurants and attractions, especially nice waterfront walks.

Beautiful apartment and very kind owner Matt, which took care of everything. Matt told us, what we have in apartment, where we have it, told us something more about places in Malta. Matt gave us directions for the best places and nearest places from apartment. We had the Groceries very close from place, where we decided to stay, about 70 m, I think. I really recommend this beautiful, modern and clean apartment. Best location and of course, the heart of apartment is the owner Matt, we felt, that we were in Malta in our cousin house or something like that. Thank you very much, we appreciate everything, because it was good to feel in Malta like at home.

The house is big, more than you can imagine from the pics. The cleaning was excellent. The location is excellent. There were many facilities, AC, wi-fi, toaster, etc. But the best thing about our stay was the host, who is absolutely lovely and very helpful and proactive! His recommendations made a big difference in our experience in Malta. Just so helpful!

I only have good things to say about this accommodation, starting with the friendliness of the owner, who was extremely helpful and always looked out for our well-being! We arrived late and he made himself available to do some shopping for us so that we would have something to eat when we arrived, and at check-out he allowed us to stay a little longer without charging us any extra! The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious and gives us the option of having privacy if we prefer, although there are several communal areas! For those who use public transport, it is very well located as there are several stops nearby, and it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to walk to any of the nearest ones. I loved it, definitely a place to repeat!

Matt is an incredible host, very communicative before, during and after the stay, always ready to help improve our life in the house and make our holiday special. It felt very nice getting back home after a long day sightseeing or at the beach, the house stays nice and fresh. It's very close to the Gulija bus stop (I suggest taking the n.1 to go to Valletta and the n.3 coming back) which is about a 20' ride to the bus station. Eventually there's also the 15' ride by ferry (we didn't try it, though). There's also the taxi boat for 2€ per person and I recommend the experience! Near the house there are lots of little grocers and a bigger supermarket open 8-22 every day. The area is very safe and quiet. The street where the house is can get a bit noisy with road works or house restorations, but it's normal life. We used the kitchen a lot and found it very complete: electric cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher. The house can be a bit humid, so if you have anything you need to dry, I recommend the dryer: SO USEFUL! Overall it felt very nice to be there and Matt is super nice!

Some furniture should be rearranged to adapt to the dimensions of the rooms, but I know Matt is working on it. The kitchen was missing some basic tools like mugs and bowls.
