The place was very clean and all furniture was brandnew. Balcony was very sunny and warm in august but the house has a good airco. The house is in a new, quiet place of Budapest, very close to a nice park. A bit far from the city but we hired a bike so we did have nice rides along the river Donau. Also the host responded on every question and was helpful.
